Working with Corporates

A huge growth area of my business is working in corporate settings to deliver a number of different services around style. It's something that most people are interested in (even if they don't admit it), applies to both men and women, and can have a very positive impact on the confidence and productivity of the workforce.

The days of faceless institutions are disappearing fast, and the rise of personal branding is huge. Take for example Richard Branson. He has 4.9 million followers on Instagram, yet one of the companies he runs Virgin Atlantic only have 697k followers. Leaders and entrepreneurs need to have an identity because never has it been truer that people buy from people.

In addition to this, the impact of what you wear not only on your own confidence but in terms of first impressions has massive repercussions in a business (and personal) environment. Dressing in a way that feels authentic, and that expresses who you are on inside, through the clothes you wear on the outside is life changing. How do I know? Because I see it happening all the time with the clients I work with. It's why I LOVE what I do.

Don't just take my word for it. Here are some facts:

•For first impressions, it takes 7 seconds to make a judgement. 55% based on what you look like. 38% on confidence. 7% what you say. POLL

•It takes nothing to join the crowd, yet everything to stand apart.

•People with individuality are more likely to be perceived as confident, influential & taken more seriously.

•Happy, positive, confident people raises productivity by 31% and sales by 37%. POLL.

•Confidence starts with how you feel about yourself. Positivity breeds productivity.

•Damien Hughes: if you deliver a 3:1 ratio of positive people in your team they are significantly more productive than teams who don’t reach this.

Motivational Keynote talks on Personal Brand

My style talks are a great way to reward your team. Focusing on professional image, personal brand and the foundations of style, your team will leave feeling buzzing and motivated. Delivered as a motivational keynote talk, I will share my top style tips and tools to help guests to really think about and consider their style as a reflection of who they are. I will talk about the psychology of colour, the things that hold us back, (inner critic) and give strategies to make impactful changes to the way guests present and dress themselves. This will translate to greater confidence, impact and influence, which in turn leads to a happier and more productive workforce.

Team Colour Analysis

I have 8+ years experience of doing colour analysis and think doing this in a team setting is such a valuable, fun and impactful activity to do for your staff. The wow factor of seeing how much difference the right or wrong colours look on your skin gives this session a real buzz of excited energy. People feel inspired and empowered to wear more colour and this has such a positive knock on effect to them as individuals but also within the teams that they work within. The process can be done quickly (10 mins pp) or I can take longer with each guest if the time is available. I also have a team of stylists who can assist at events to get more colours done in a shorter timescale. I see such a shift in people's approach after a colour analysis, because once you have seen the differences you can't unsee them. I also find that people's expectations of colour analysis are always exceeded as they can never quite imagine what the process entails.

Don't just take my word for it, here is a recent review following a corporate colour analysis day:

“I had the pleasure of attending a colour match session conducted by Fleur for our company, and it was truly exceptional. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of outstanding.

Fleur immediately made everyone feel comfortable and at ease with her warm and welcoming demeanour. She took the time to listen to each individual’spreferences and concerns, ensuring that the styling process was personalized and inclusive.

Her expertise in colour theory was evident as she carefully assessed skin undertones, hair colour, and personal style preferences to make tailored recommendations. She effortlessly identified the most flattering shades for each person, enhancing their natural beauty and boosting their confidence.

Overall, I cannot recommend Fleur highly enough. Her talent, professionalism, and dedication truly made the colour match session a success, and I look forward to working with her again in the future. If you’re looking to enhance your style and confidence, look no further than Fleur.”
